I was in London yesterday for a few meetings but mostly for the launch of sweaty betty’s #thefitcrowd. I’ve been lucky enough to be chosen along with a number of other amazing bloggers to work with sweaty betty and the fit crowd. A strong initiative to empower woman through fitness. What a fab invite and a great chance to check out the new collection, fill my basket with a choice of fitness attire and take part in a barrecore class-an amazing workout based on controlled movements that work isolated muscle groups rather then the hard heart pounding stuff.
