I was in London yesterday for a few meetings but mostly for the launch of sweaty betty’s #thefitcrowd. I’ve been lucky enough to be chosen along with a number of other amazing bloggers to work with sweaty betty and the fit crowd. A strong initiative to empower woman through fitness.
