 Sun Warrior ChallengeWhen you haven’t been physically active for months/years (through no fault of my own, I swear I was busy!), it gets harder and harder to start again. My fitness peak was waaay back in 2014 when I did at least 1 intense workout everyday. I’d do Insanity in the mornings, or jog at the track field, and then do yoga in the afternoon. Grabe di ba? (read more about it  here ) I eventually got so burned out that I stopped- completely- and decided to collect body fat instead. (cries)
